Dustin Pedroia, seen here in a cameo bartender appearance at GameOn! sportsbar in Fenway Park after the Red Sox clinched the A.L. East in late September, capped a dream championship season by taking A.L. Rookie of the Year honors today. Pedroia is the first Red Sox player since Nomar Garciaparra to win the honor, and the first player since Eddie Gaedel (1951) to have his own highchair in the dugout. Congratulations, Destroya!
